You'll plan, execute and optimize digital advertising campaigns alongside our creative, media, development and strategy teams turning data into decisions and decisions into growth.

01Paid Media
Develop and manage Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns end to end, from strategy to spend.
02Lead Generation
Plan and execute lead-gen strategies across multiple digital channels that actually convert.
03Continuous Optimization
Monitor campaign performance and continually optimize for improved results every week, every dollar.
04Analytics & Tracking
Configure conversion tracking with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, then read the story the data tells.
05Research
Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor research to sharpen every brief.
06Creative Partnership
Partner with our creative team on ad assets and landing page recommendations that lift performance.
07Reporting
Analyze performance and prepare client reports with clear, actionable recommendations not vanity metrics.
08Platform Fluency
Stay current with changes across ad platforms and emerging marketing tech so we always play a step ahead.

The Fit
3+ years in digital marketing or paid advertising
Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns
Strong understanding of Google Analytics 4
Experience with lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, comfortable juggling multiple projects
Google Ads or Meta certifications considered an asset
