01Brand Development
Be part of the creative development of branding, advertising, marketing, and communications materials.
02Digital Design
Design compelling visual assets for websites, social media, digital advertising, email, and interactive experiences.
03Print Craft
Develop high quality print annual reports, magazines, brochures, signage, trade show displays, packaging, and promo.
04Collaboration
Work with strategists, developers, marketers, photographers, videographers and clients to bring ideas to life.
05Client Presentations
Present creative concepts and design solutions to clients and internal teams with confidence and clarity.
06Brand Guardianship
Ensure all work aligns with brand standards, project objectives, and accessibility best practices.
07Mentorship
Mentor and support junior designers while contributing to a positive, sharp, and generous team culture.
08Modern Toolkit
Stay current with emerging design trends, AI-powered creative tools, and industry best practices.

The Fit
5+ years of professional graphic design experience
Strong portfolio with work samples that must include brand, digital, print, and web
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma
Efficient with modern AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, and Figma Agent
Comfortable designing for web and digital platforms
Strong grasp of typography, layout, branding, and visual storytelling
Experience preparing files for professional print production
Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, presentation, and attention to detail
